City Apartments ® is a company that manages and rents luxury apartments. We have been operating on the real estate market since 2006. In 2012, we were selected by the Firmus Group developer as the official rental operator of their investments. Extensive experience, which we have gained during over 10 years of activity in the HORECA industry, allows us to accurately meet the needs of guests and identify their expectations related to choosing the right accommodation. We operate mainly on the local market, which we know as hardly anyone.

We always try to treat every Owner equally. When we obtain the reservation, we divide them fairly on every apartments. In Mielno we own only 2 apartments, so it does not have any influence on choosing our apartments over yours. We realise that purchase of your apartment is a huge investment, that throughout the year needs consistent return of incurred costs.
Each month we will provide a detailed report containing specific settlement of every payment, which were made on account of your apartament reservations . We will only ask you to issue an invoice on amount of money you should receive. Each year we will esablish the rates of rental for further terms.
During our cooperation we will excercise technical control over your apartment. If necessary, we will fix the faults, always consulting potential costs with you. We will make sure that everything is working corectly. Thanks to this your apartment will be able to look great for many years.
During our cooperation you have a possibility to use your apartment whenever and as long as you want. We understand, that purchase of your apartment should meet the expectations of gaining profit and pleasure of owning luxurious seaside appartment. Just let us know, that you want to come and we will prepare your apartment in the same way we do it for our Guests. After your stay you leave the apartment just as you do in every other hotel. We take care of the rest.
